No, you still will receive your bill from the carrier who provides your company with service.
Who do I call for service or billing issues?
Of course, you can always call the carrier go through the menu put on hold. Or you can call TeleData Pros and we will handle everything for you. We are a one stop company who service all your needs.
Can I decide on what company I want service with, or does TeleData Pros decide?
TeleData Pros has partnerships with multiple carriers listed on our website, so we will provide you with multiple quotes. We will give you our recommendations, but you, the customer always make your own decisions on who you want service with.
